Questions and answers

How is logistics calculated on Uzum?
From June 1, 2026 logistics depends on volume: up to 1 liter 5,250 sum, each additional liter 250 sum, maximum 50,000 sum. It is charged only on sold items and refunded on return.
When does storage at the Uzum warehouse become paid?
When turnover is above 60 days. Turnover = average stock over 15 days ÷ average daily sales. If there were no sales for 15 days, the SKU goes into the most expensive group (361+ days).
How to reduce logistics costs?
Choose packaging that fits the product size and enter the dimensions in the card correctly. Replacing a 9-liter box with a 3-liter one saves 1,500 sum on every sale. Don't understate the dimensions — a discrepancy over 30% leads to SKU blocking.
How accurate is the calculator?
It is an approximate calculation based on the rates in Uzum's instructions. Actual deductions are visible in Uzum reports or in the MARGN store dashboard for each SKU. Rates may change.
