Uzum seller glossary
Key terms of Uzum analytics and the seller dashboard — short and with examples.
GMV
Gross Merchandise Value — the total amount of goods sold in a period before deducting expenses. Used to compare the size of a market or a store.
Revenue
The money paid by buyers. On Uzum, commission, logistics and other charges are withheld from revenue, so revenue is not profit. Learn more →
Net profit
The money left after deducting cost price, commission, logistics, ads, returns and tax from revenue. Learn more →
Margin (profitability)
The ratio of net profit to revenue in percent. For example, 30,000 sum profit from a 150,000 sum sale is a 20% margin. Learn more →
Cost of goods
The purchase or production price of a product including delivery to the warehouse. On Uzum it is entered when creating a shipment and does not change afterwards.
Commission
The percentage Uzum withholds from each sale. The rate depends on the category and is calculated automatically in the dashboard; it is charged only on sold items.
Logistics (litrage)
The fee for delivering each sold item. From June 1, 2026 it depends on volume: up to 1 liter 5,250 sum, each additional liter +250 sum, maximum 50,000 sum. Learn more →
Dimensions & weight
Weight and size characteristics — length, width, height and weight of the product in its packaging. Logistics is calculated from them; if the actual values differ by more than 30%, SKUs may be blocked. Learn more →
Turnover
In how many days the stock will sell: average stock ÷ average daily sales. On Uzum, storage is free for up to 60 days. Learn more →
Paid storage
A daily fee per liter at the Uzum warehouse for SKUs with turnover over 60 days: from 12 to 24 sum. Learn more →

FBS

DBS
Delivery by Seller — the seller both stores and delivers to the buyer. Delivery time is 1–5 days. Learn more →
SKU
Stock Keeping Unit — a separate variant of a product (color, size, volume). One card has several SKUs, each with its own stock and barcode.
Product card
A product page on Uzum: title, photos, description, attributes and SKUs. Search position depends on the words in the title and attributes. Learn more →
Conversion
The ratio of purchases to card views. Low conversion signals problems with price, photos or reviews.
DRR
Share of advertising costs: ad spend ÷ sales × 100. If DRR is higher than net margin, advertising is unprofitable. Learn more →
ACOS
Advertising Cost of Sales — ad spend relative to sales that came from ads. Similar to DRR, but calculated only on advertised sales. Learn more →
ROI
Return on investment: (revenue minus commission − cost price) ÷ cost price × 100%. Above zero means the product pays off.
