When Uzum pays out: payout schedule and fees

The sale happened — but the money is not in your account yet. On Uzum, revenue is transferred strictly on a schedule, and the schedule has a price. If you do not know it, you can easily lose hundreds of thousands of UZS a month.
The 10-day rule
Uzum pays out only for goods the buyer received more than 10 days ago — that is the return period. Money for today's sale arrives, at best, in a week and a half.
Schedules and their cost
- Every working day — 1.5% of the payout amount;
- Weekly (the 14th, 21st, 28th and 7th) — 1%;
- Every 2 weeks (the 21st and 7th) — 0%, the default for new sellers;
- Monthly (the 7th) — 0%.
Uzum may delay a payout by up to 4 working days after the schedule date. You can change the schedule once a month, up to the 7th — it takes effect from the 8th.
What it costs
With revenue of 80 million UZS a month: the weekly schedule costs about 800,000 UZS a month, the daily one about 1,200,000 UZS. The every-two-weeks schedule is free. If cash turnover is not critical, saving 1% is the simplest way to add profit.
Urgent withdrawal — 2.5%
The money arrives by the end of the next working day, but the conditions are strict:
- no debts to the marketplace (logistics, storage, advertising, penalties);
- more than 60 days have passed since the first sale;
- at least 15 of the last 60 days had paid and shipped orders;
- no abnormal sales jump of 10 times or more within 7 days.
Useful habits
- The bank account must belong to the registered seller — someone else's account can stop payouts. You can add up to 5 accounts.
- The commission agent report is available from the 6th of the next month; invoices and acts on request until the 19th.
- Count the payout fee as an expense in your profit — how to calculate net profit.
