Uzum logistics fee 2026: how it is calculated per liter

Many sellers calculate logistics as “roughly 5–10 thousand per item”. Since June 1, 2026, Uzum logistics depends on the volume in liters, so packaging size directly affects profit.
Fee
- up to 1 liter inclusive — 5,250 UZS;
- each liter above the first — +250 UZS;
- maximum fee — 50,000 UZS;
- a product with no dimensions specified (L×W×H) — 50,000 UZS;
- SIM cards — a fixed 20,000 UZS.
Logistics is charged only on sold items. If the buyer returns the product, the fee is refunded.
How volume is calculated
Volume = length × width × height (mm) ÷ 1,000,000, rounded up to a whole liter.
Examples:
- a 200×150×100 mm box = 3 liters → 5,250 + 2 × 250 = 5,750 UZS;
- a 300×200×150 mm box = 9 liters → 5,250 + 8 × 250 = 7,250 UZS;
- a 57-liter product → 5,250 + 56 × 250 = 19,250 UZS (an example from the Uzum guide);
- from roughly 180 liters the fee hits the 50,000 UZS ceiling.
Three costly mistakes
- Not entering dimensions. Without a volume, Uzum charges the maximum 50,000 UZS — on a cheap product that is the entire profit.
- Packaging that is too big. Replacing a 9-liter box with a 3-liter one saves 1,500 UZS on every sale. Over 2,000 sales that is 3 million UZS.
- Understating dimensions. If the actual size or weight exceeds the stated one by more than 30%, the SKU can be blocked.

How it affects profit
Logistics is one of six costs subtracted from revenue. Count it together with commission, cost price, advertising, returns and tax: how to calculate net profit and the profit calculator. The MARGN store cabinet takes the actual logistics for each SKU from the reports.
