Delivery to an Uzum warehouse: packaging, labels and 2,500 UZS fines

For every problem unit at receiving, Uzum withholds 2,500 UZS. If a delivery has dozens of errors, that is tens of thousands of UZS and delayed sales. A checklist follows.
Packaging
- every unit in its own sealed, undamaged package;
- the barcode or QR code can be read without opening the package; on electronics the serial number or IMEI is visible;
- the box is at least ⅔ full, voids are filled, liquids stand upright;
- a two-part product — a yellow “2 qismli mahsulot / Товар из 2 частей” sticker on each part, barcode only on the more expensive one.
Labels
- if the factory EAN-13 can be read, use it; if not, print a label from the cabinet;
- the Uzum label must completely cover the factory code, otherwise the scanner reads the wrong data;
- clothing carries two codes: on the packaging and on the garment tag;
- recommended size 58×40 or 58×60 mm, minimum 40×30 mm; the code must scan on the first try from 10–30 cm;
- do not put tape over a thermal label — it will fade within a few hours.
Creating a delivery
- one delivery = one box or pallet, maximum 100 SKUs; different size groups go separately;
- enter the cost price — it cannot be changed later;
- choose a time slot, which can be changed up to 3 times; a delivery without a confirmed slot will not be accepted;
- you can cancel without a penalty no later than 48 hours before the slot;
- print the shipping note in 2 copies: one inside the box, the other on top.
The FFC warehouse in the Sergeli district accepts small, medium and large goods daily from 06:00 to 00:00. Packing and labeling at the warehouse are not allowed.
Receiving and discrepancies
Receiving is fully recorded on video. If the quantity does not match, a discrepancy report appears in the cabinet. Types: mix-up, damaged barcode, defect, missing mandatory marking (IMEI / Asl belgisi), surplus or shortage. Disputes within 30 days at partners@uzum.com.
Lost or damaged goods
If goods are lost or damaged in an Uzum warehouse, you can claim compensation:
- a written claim is reviewed within up to 60 days (it can be extended once by up to 10 days);
- compensation = the actual value of the goods − the marketplace commission;
- the minimum claim amount is 500,000 UZS.
Small losses add up quickly, so they are worth checking regularly. MARGN finds lost goods and prepares a compensation claim — Lost goods.
